Good Day, Jentelmen. I have learned that Navalism had migrated to this forum. I would like to be at the game. As Russian player. If you do not mind :)

Borys

Priviet!
You are wellcome. There are some rule changes, and your country shed off the treacherous vipers, i.e. the Polyaki and Malorussy.

And Far East territories...

May we discuss the changes and correct them slightly? ;)

Borys

Ahoj!
I will copy and paste my reply from another thread.

1 - Baltic Fleet and Northern Squadron - yes, these are with Russia;
2 - Black Sea Fleet - a division between Kiev and Moscow can be considered;
3 - Far Eastern Fleet - sorry, but no; arranging the Far East was the most difficult issue we had; you may get construction facilities at Khabarovsk;
4 - I have already explained our position on your absence and breakup of Russia.

Yes, I was absent. But I have a e-mail to get to me.... and according to the map, I do not have a Khabarovsk.... I'm not against to lost all of the Manchjuria lands, Sackalin, Kurila Islands and Chukotka. But i'd like to get back Primorye.  And about the fleet... ok. Let we imagine that I have lost the war and all of my Pasific fleet were sunk or captured.

Borys

Ahoj!
The map is not very accurate - to large scale. You hold the southern bank of the lower Amur with Khabarovsk and some 40-50 miles to the south of the river.

Muscovy retains half of the Black Sea Fleet, plus whole Baltic and Arctic fleets. It has the technology level it had. Khabarovsk is a developed ship-building centre. Russian economy is comparable to Austria's.

Why??? Russia has 3/4 of its infrastructure after all that changes. and 17/20 of its population.

And Khabarovsk is far from the sea. As I Understand the border goes on the line of Amur river. I have Nikolaev-na-Amure there, close to the sea. And establish a New Vladivostock at the Ochotsk sea.

Russia has lost the Ukraine, and the western areas, and that were among the most populous areas, unless i am wrong just what is today Ukraine had close to 30 million people in it around 1905...
Looking at the map i would guess you lost more then 1/3 of the population.

Sorry for confusing Khabarovsk with Nikolaev-na-Amurie.

We have brought most contries closer to OTL. Russia had about 130 million people, of which 13 million were in the Congres Kingdom. Ukraina would have some 15-20. And these were some of the most industralized provinces. And OTL aside - most countries were scaled back.

Don't think so. According to the game, most Industrialised region is St Peterburg. There were and aroun about 1/2 of my industry at the last game. Then Revel-Riga-Libava-Helsingfors, which according to the map are mine. Then Ucrain where were about 1/3 of my industry and at Vladivostok heavy and light factories were just at the prosess of construction.... So I'm going to use about 2/3 of industry of the old Russia. It is 13 HBP and 16 MBP.

6 HBP and 8 MBP goes to the annexed territories.

Population, due the last data of the old sim is 144 million (1903).

Ukrain+Poland is about 30 mln people. (greatest cities there: Kiev (3,1 mln people), Warshaw (2,9 mln people), Port-Arthur (0,95 mln people), Vladivostok (0,79 mln people).

No.
Russia/Muscovy is like on the map here:

And your economy is more or less like Austria's.
This is final.
