I've been spending time with the Iberian materials, and will happily pitch in at a minimum to resolve Iberia's territorial questions. Snip: how do you want to do this? Me mark up a map with proposed Iberian territorial ambitions?

Ok, I've been nerd sniped.

I sent Snip a proposal for colonial claims for Iberia. While I'm waiting for him on that, I've also done a recut of the Iberian regional divisions. Lastly, I'm monkeying with the Iberian 1910H1 report now.

I've discovered that ships in the report don't quite match what's in Iberia's enyclopedia and/or new ships thread. So I'm considering resimming those too. Does anyone have any comments on whether or not I should just go ahead and do what it takes to get Iberia all straightened out, even if it requires some mild retconning? I already knew some adjustments would need to be made, but I'm afraid it's more comprehensive than that.

And yes, at this point I might as well officially take over Iberia.

I've given Guinness license to make any necessary alterations to existing Iberian reports/ships/etc to get the ship righted (pun 110% intended) for Iberia. We want to get this done right, so if there is anything leaning more to the "radical reconstruction" side of things rather than "minor refit" I will have Guinness post it for public comment before it becomes official.
