Can I please get any and all colonial expansion submissions by 7/13 at 0600 PST for the 1910/H2. Then barring any large difficulties in ironing out overlaps, the 1910H2 report will be due on 7/20 at 0600PST.

It seems like we are mostly in agreement on what should be done. I will go ahead and use the 1910 turns to proof-of-concept the turn solution.

The Green parts look really nice.

Parthians in Brazil is something I hadn't quite anticipated. Wonder what their version of Carnival is going to look like.

Other than you forgetting to fill in the various islands that would be part of the various regions the Norse captured as well as the Foxe Peninsula that is part of Baffin Island which is Norse, I do not think that there are any issues.

As for Iberia, not sure what its relation is with the major NPC nation to its south, but if it is so-so or less, it would be quite obvious to land troops directly south of it just to p!$$ them off. Also easy to expand there as long as there are no other players there in the area so it would require little effort to work it out.
