I've addressed Kirk's comments from the 1/10 report within the spreadsheet; these may appear as comments.  I'm not going to ret-con the upkeep costs of the auxiliary-ish ships for that report, however.

TL;DR:  A couple of everything at some stage of construction but I have way too much infrastructure in general.  Specific IC-building targets mean not enough cash left over to use all the BP, so several have been punted into the future.
