The Rock Doctor

The BC is a fair beasty and might make me second-guess my AC program.

The report seems to suggest two superfiring turrets, but is that an intentional thing?

snip

Both sit at the same level, but are elevated due to the Forecastle.

Sorry if I'm late to the party.
On the BC - isn't a Block coefficient of .689 rather like a merchant?  I don't see any structural issue, but it's an odd choice. Is there a reason you're sticking to an 8m draft?
I get the idea of superfiring both, as the forecastle is 2.75m higher, and most pics seem to put MG barrels about 2m above deck, so good call...
but if they are both superfiring, then the "B" can't fire foreward?

Also, you list Armored Deck, Multiple decks.  So I presume one caps the main belt and the other the upper belt. Could you specify the thicknesses of each?

On the cruiser ... why are you slightly overpaying for Fire control?  It doesn't matter, and perhaps that was a place holder, but I'm curious.

On the destroyer ... ugh I need to up the speed of mine. I've always been slowish, my 1910 runs at 29kts, but I have more fuel than you.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
