This differs from last fall's original  somewhat.

The support units have been shuffled.
The four Adbar class of armored cruisers are still completed,
The two AC-IX class ACs still get the first-in-fleet upgrade to 1910 fire control
but the 4 Tiamat class SDNs don't suck up the the rest of the build.
They continue, but a pair of electric-drive minesweepers and 8 MTB-As are built,
a pair of electric Fleet Supply Vessels, a pair of destroyer leaders and 8 destroyers are started.
