I dont have the time for a more exaustive review right now, but the Ibera (1906) Design is not legal. The tech fro tripple turrets only becomes avalible in 1907, and the turrets themselves take 18 months develop.
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

Couple comments on those last three battleships (I'm probably not going to have time to fully review the batch package for about a week)

General Things: The ships have an extraordinary amount of TDS depth for this era. While it is not strictly illegal, I really don't like it as I think it's cramping the hull to much. The thickness of the TDS is also low. The ships also have a very extraordinary range for the time period and environment. All the designs have a uniform thickness of armor on the deck for the whole ship. All of these things contribute to the large size of the ships compared to contemporaries (eg the Roman Praeventores class, layed down in the same window as the Joan De Bourbon weighs in almost 6000t lighter and has better armor protection. While the Praeventores trades the 24knts speed for 21knts and Electric Drives.)

Santisima Trinidad: Aside from the things mentioned above, this is a solid ship. Correcting/Adjusting the TDS and Range should provide improvements. Snip's Suggestions: Decrease range and adjust TDS beam to provide more interal space. Decrease thickness of non-citadel deck armor to increase the length of end belts to cover the whole ship.

Iberia (New): Where to begin here, aside from the things mentioned above. It's clearly an evolution of the ST, which is nice. But this takes a turn for the concerning. Trying to cram ten twin 152mm turrets (which I am not enthusiastic about appearing this early at all) on the deck with the twin 305mm turrets is madness. I would very much like to see a drawing of the proposed arrangement to better understand its failings. On a 170m hull, there is just not enough room for everything. Snip's Suggestions: Move the 152mm guns from turrets to casemates. Use savings from this to improve TDS thickness. Same modifications as the ST

Joan De Bourbon: First, this thing is a damn monster. Same comments regarding so many turreted secondaries as the Iberia. Where the other designs have long, but not super unreasonable, range this thing is just unrealistic. The end belts are so thin they may as well not exist. The TDS depth is reasonable, if large, but the bulkhead thickness is very low. the 24knts speed does not buy you much over the 23knts of the previous ships. It also does not carry enough weight to fit a fire control system, so all those big guns will not be hitting anything at the ranges comparable ships can put the hurt on her, which with her thinner armor is a flaw she cant ignore. Snip's suggestions: Decrease the massive range, use savings to provide Misc Weight for Fire Control and other things. Move 152mm guns to casemates, use savings to improve end protection. Knock speed to 23knts and use savings to improve armor protection.
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

After thinking about it, Im really dissatisfied with the T&B mountings for the 152mm guns on the later battleship designs. It's far to early for them, as our cruisers cannot even mount them yet. I'm less opposed to M&H, as those come with some serious drawbacks for larger guns, but would prefer casemates for this era.

Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know

Naval Technologies
QuoteCapital Ship Architecture:
Baseline: Main guns in twin turrets, secondaries in casemate, tertiary in casemate or deck mounts.
1891: Mixed-caliber main battery (Main+intermediary calibers), Superfiring secondaries (Restricted Axial Firing Arcs) and Stacked Main Battery turrets OR Main caliber battery in AQY. [Pick One Only]
1903: All-big-gun ship with wing turrets OR Superfiring turrets (restricted axial firing arcs) [Pick one or both]
1905: Improved turret hydraulics, independent gun elevation, Torpedo Bulkheads, triple turrets
1910: Superfiring turrets (unrestricted firing arcs), "All or Nothing" Protective Schemes, "Pair of Twins" Quadruple turrets
1914: True Quadruple turrets, Sloped external belts
1920:  No restriction (high or low) on caliber of turreted guns
1926: Primitive DP secondary batteries
1932: Improved DP Secondary batteries. De-Capping plates
1940: Advanced DP Secondary batteries.
1946: Automatic Secondary Gun
...

Cruiser Architecture:
Baseline: guns in single mounts or casemates, on side/centerline
1900: ammunition hoists, deck torpedo armament, superfiring mounts. Cruisers under 6000 tons may have cross-sectional hull strength > 0.9
1910: twin gun mounts (require hoists); powered gun mounts; unrestricted weapon armor
1920:  No restriction (high or low) on caliber of turreted guns. Cruisers under 3000 tons may have cross-sectional hull strength > 0.75

You can't use this techno before 1912.
