Dutch Ships 1900 on

IDK Walter you have done WAY more dutch stuff than I have.  Generally my only concern has been "Do I have enough tonnage available at my ports to house said ship, and do I have the facilities to build/service the ship in question".  In this case the answer is no, but I could hypothetically by the time I am actually capable of building it.  Will I is a better question, to which I do not honestly have an answer currently.
