I've updated the map to the state of the sim in 1904. Tell me if I missed anything.

What I claim as Dutch Congo is a bit off but I can rectify that if you would like, otherwise looks fairly accurate.

Looking at the news, it seems unlikely to me that France can conquer those African bits with a mere 600 men marching in 3 columns at the expense of just 42 dead and 25 wounded without any significant number of troops being moved into those regions or forts being build to actually hold those regions so as far as I am concerned they are just claims and not actual French possessions at this point of time.

Also what about the status of those South Pacific Ocean islands? Qatar? Seychelles? Christmas Island? Keeling Islands?

There are no spanish territories in Camerun and South-East Nigeria coloured: the seashore+100km inland from Port-Harcourt in Nigeria till the border with Spanish Guinea. And there are no also spanish territories in North Morocco coloured: Seuta, Melillia and Bades )

Qatar should be Ottoman, as should all of Libya.

A couple of notes -
Compared to the map I posted in the thread : Africa, Fall of 1904 : http://www.navalism.org/index.php/topic,6956.0.html

This is missing several features found in light blue boxes on my map.
Italian islands between Libya and Sicily.
the Italian ports of :
Berbera (just east of the Warsangali on the Horn of Somalia),
Walvis Bay (Namibia)
San Pedro (Ivory Coast on Gulf of Guinea), and
Conakry (just north of British Guinea)
- all of which are small holdings, and have a tiny box around them on my map.

Additionally :
Djibouti has been claimed by the French.
In Europe, the Duchy of Carniola is incorrectly shown as part of Hungary. The western 2 Provinces were made independent in the treaty.
