Battle-class Trawlers (again).  Designed as civilian fishing trawlers that can be mobilized for use as auxiliary supplements to the fleet for secondary non-combat roles.

I spent the last 10 minutes before I posted it fixing that and then altering something else and going back to fixing it.  Sometimes I really hate that function....
