News	First half of 1903 shows a 7.6% increase in Imperial GDP.  Population of the Empire has increased 2.5% over this same time period.
	With the addition of the 6 Shannon-class armored cruisers, the older Cressy and Powerful-class cruisers assigned to Channel Fleet have been relegated to the reserves.
	2 additional Formidable BBs join Channel Fleet, making the total 4.
