Got loaned to another work team while my main file was quiet, and then the main file got noisy, so busy at work with some take-home too.

I'll pick up things when I can - owe y'all a post about Ottoman weapon stats, and then I have Africa to conquer in H2/04.

Okay, so the work stuff is calming down.  Maybe.  I got the weapons post up, though perhaps not in the detail y'all want.

I'll start drafting the 2/04 sim report, but I sense it's not quite time to post it.
