it would adversely effect my intended Mk. 3 Armoured Frigates, but it has the benefit of simplicity and I could work within the given limits most likely.  Actually it would most likely encourage me to build a more realistic CL/PC class as my first turbine ships instead of the big girls (which lets face it for an "experimental technology" is more realistic)
