Just by mentioning 'the Nile Expedition', I would think that that is actually something (not much, but still something) of note when it comes to 'New Activities' as it was not there in the previous reports. :)

Just to be sure that I read it correctly... You have 'Five corps at "Active", with limited mobilization' with the mobilized units being the ones you mentioned below, right?

Yes, the listed units are mobilized elements out of the five active corps.  The reserve corps people continue to sleep.

I figure the "New Activities" area is more for noting upgrading of units or raising of new units, rather than explaining mobilization status.  The actual details of the Barqa and Nile Expeditions will be played out in the news...
