Hmm so General knowledge has no knowledge of my F22 "Raptor" class nuclear powered battlecruisers...great!
Darn problem is the cloaking device is so effective I can't figure out where I left them.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Nice stuff with the Google stuff, although it is a bit odd to see Tianjin being put right at Tianjin rather than Tianjin Port to the east (where it should be).

Takao (or Fengshan to be more correct looking at Kaohsiung's history) Port is currently linked to the Kaohsiung City Special municipality label on the map (which is on the river) instead to the actualy city itself which is located along the coast.

From what I can see, the special municipality today consists of Kaohsiung City (which would be Fengshan in 1900 Navalism)...

... and Kaohsiung County...

The port should be somewhere where Kaohsiung Port is today...

You had them parked near one of the Chinese Islands. China has informed the Time Lords about them so they came and confiscated those battlecruisers so you can no longer use them. :)

So I did a peek at the "Who's Online" thing this afternoon, and a guest was looking at an N3 Colombian news report.  I opened it up to find a reference to the French pitching a mega-project that I've been looking at for N6.  What're the odds?

Walter

Well, looking at the number of topics given at the bottom of the main page, I would say that the odds would be 1 in 6353...

I wondered what interest a "guest" had in the Ukraine-Bavarian War...

As for Walter's comments, sometimes Google Maps doesn't cooperate very well.  I've discovered that some cities or ports are only visible at a specific level of zoom.  If you zoom in too far it splits the city into zones or neighborhoods, if you zoom out too far the city or port is subsumed by a nearby larger entity.  So I searched for the closest approximate location.

Darman

Dunno if anyone's even been looking at the map or not but I've just added Italy's navy and currently working on the USA.

Darman

Working on Britain, then Dutch and the Bears.

Walter

What about the beers? After all, the soldiers and sailors need to know where to go in order to get drunk. ;D

Darman

Beer can be found, gratis, for any foreign sailor on all Royal Navy warships as long as they enlist with the RN

Dunno.
Hope the links to photobucket are still good so the maps are viewable.
Got rushed at the end though.

Yea we had some very good stories and RP.... I really liked the First Papal Election I just wish I had kept all the PM's that went with it... So many questions and political wheeling and dealing....

So who still has to post reports from 1900?  from 1901?

Walter

I'll probably be kicking the H2/1901 report out one of these days...
