I say give Germany approximately 15BP-value of ships that need to be scrapped.  Have him pay $15 for the scrapping services (and then receive 15BP after X amount of time) or let him sell scrapping rights to others for the same deal.
This was me trying to come up with a solution.  I've never scrapped anything so I had never looked at the scrapping rules before.

And you don't need to, either.  Just send all your derelicts to me and I'll take care of the rest.

My gut response is to just say there not that many of them and to say they got scrapped.

Given how little coast A-H had after the war with Ottomania, that would make some sense.

My H1/1901 budget is pretty much done. Just stuck on one spot.  this...or that ?
More stuff to post this week for H2/1900, but it's not critical.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Darman

I posted my 1900/2 and 1901/1 reports.

They could scrap in situ in Trieste.
Alternately, you could ask the Mods if there are foreign buyers - Spain needs a fleet, Greece has similar operating conditions to AH, Brazil/Chile/Peru/Argie/Denmark/Sweden/Port, etc.

Hello there, ya'll. I see N-verse 5.0 is alive and well. If ya'll need another player, I could jump in to a small country after the holidays are over.

Sounds like trouble on the horizon. ;D

We will have our vast destroyer fleet after all.

All is well in the world.

Lets assume that any ships were given as a gift too....

Spain.

DONE

I will post some stories for political events inside of Germany and then my 1901/H1 budget tonight.

Guess we will have to sell him all our old destroyers then for him to create that vast destroyer fleet. :)

Why not give DF the old Austro fleet? let him be Spain.

Logi and I will have to figure out which part of the world needs an active player.

Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
