What was supposed to be a simple presentation of 1 budget has become several as formulas were fiddled with.
So I've deleted several posts for simplicity

Spotted a minor error in your spreadsheet. Your fortress upkeep formula only goes down to I19 while it should go down to I31. Upkeep should be $1.19 instead of the $0.40 given. I had something the other way around with the original spreadsheet I posted where the formula for the upkeep of the army units started about halfway down the list and I was not paying any upkeep of about half the units on the top of that list.

glad somebody was looking, hate to try to retcon that in several years.

Took the simple expedient of reducing naval construction. Gives me a couple $ in the Mil budget to roll over to HY2,
but doesn't really effect when the ships complete.

This should rectify the fort problem.

8/1/14 Note : Probably will modify this prior to "Live" to sub in 180L45 & 90L45 research instead of Mines and possibly Cruisers.

Thanks to Snip's clarification, it looks like I will be designing new guns and digesting mines later.
