Kotaka Class (小鷹型) Torpedo Boat

Unlike the Ikazuchi class Destroyer, the Kotaka class Torpedo Boat was created to mainly supplement the protective screen around capital ships. As such, they are less flexible crafts in terms of weaponry, but smaller. Due to their less wide mission, only 24 were ordered.
