Good job!

One note - I think the largest 34 cm gun you can have at this point is 35 calibres...

Unless it's a historical mounting, that is.  I don't know French hardware very well.

snip

Seeing as a look at NavWeaps give no 340mm guns of that caliber (only a L45 introduced in 1912), you will need to downsize them to L35 at the longest. If you are basing these on a historical weapon, please share your data with us.

Finish  the French Navy

431 974t for 432 000t & 226 ships

Wow, nice job.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Then you must use the historic length and shell weight. Otherwise they need to be L35s. Conways confirms that the guns did exist, but I cannot find more info on them. My guess is you may have better access to French sources then I do, so if you could turn up more information that would be great.

I prefer re SS BB3 & BB4 with 340/35cal & stronger secondary artillery.

The Rock Doctor

Those transports are really fast.  Do they need to be?  You could replace some of that machinery with more troop/cargo capacity or scale down their size and cost.

They have escort speed (battleships).
Higher speed give better protection vs enemy warships.
Fast transport could be an advantage in colonial conquest.
