I know I am (and yes, Jef, I'm even willing to be a mod if I'm needed).
Rocky has said he is, at least with a minor country

If we're going to reuse our current map & setup, it's a little trickier.  If I were ranking countries for the current map, in the order that we need them, it would be something like:

UK

France
Germany
Russia
Japan
Italy
Austria-Hungary
The Netherlands
Iberia
Ottoman Empire


That is with the current map & setup.  With a different map and setup.... well, things change.  :)

[The reason I rank Austria-Hungary above the similarly sized Netherlands and Iberia is because of it's location in the middle of Europe: the other two are either on the edge of the continent (Iberia) or wealthy but relatively low population (the Netherlands).  Austria-Hungary and it's actions would be important to a number of it's neighbors, where the Netherlands and Iberia would be more likely trying to remain neutral or (as currently) sheltering behind a more powerful ally.]

After Kworld poked me, I've been lurking. The reasons I've been in caretaker mode are many and varied, but mostly boil down to: new (and much more expansive in responsibilities) job, new house, and lots of travel in the last 18 months or so.

On top of all that, I'm involved in organizing a tech conference in October.

But, once I get through that, I'm feeling the itch to play, particularly if Rocky is around.  ;D
