SS historical ship is interresting but SS a better ship is more interresting.
More knots, 14kts for example could be better.
Add a ram bow could be useful too...

A 4.5m ram is already fitted (needed to perform as historical at Lissa).  14 knots would require a larger ship, I fear.

This one's really too small to be a good ramming vessel, IMO.  Besides, it likely wouldn't survive the impact, and the spar torpedo will do more damage than it's ram would (and the boat has a chance to run away afterwards).

It's certainly possible that the explosion of the spar torpedo will stave in her bows and leave her sinking, or that a shot will burst her boiler and leave her aflame, yes.
