Thats a lot of troops.  Are the Netherlands considered a major or a minor power?  I'll do up an order of battle for them.

Also, I'd love to see what Russia's army looks like

The Dutch are a minor power: their population is just too low to support major power status.

Heh.  Russia is one reason Austria-Hungary's army is fairly substantial.  ;)

Hah!  Then there's Prussia, and Italy, and Turkey......  Hmmmm.  Might need more troops.....

I just cooked up an army for China.

18 banners (corps), each with:
     40 infantry regiments (1845)
     10 cavalry regiments (1845)
     5 artillery regiments (1845)
     3 division HQs

Totals of:
     720 infantry regiments
     180 cavalry regiments
     90 artillery regiments
     54 division HQs
     18 corps HQs

So, large, but ponderous and poorly organized and equipped by modern standards.  There are no brigades, and the division HQs are for ad hoc subunits, instead of being a defined unit.  There's also no pack artillery, and no siege train.
