Layout's very French, with the lozenge arrangement of the heavy guns.  The 164mm guns are not going to have very good arcs, though, with the side turret interfering with them, you might want to think about moving them down a deck.  Anti-TB armament is small in bore, but that's totally appropriate for the period (historically, in the Sino-French War that took place while these ships would be being laid down, the French Navy was using spar torpedoes to attack Chinese ships at Fuzhou and Shipu).

The new "Directeur des Travaux" in place since jan. 1885 had not finalised the armament of the class.
