Alliances?

We all know about the UK-Italy-Japan and France-Iberia-Netherlands alliances, those are open and above-board.  Are there any other openly known alliances out there, that the allies intend to be known to all but that haven't been publicized?

Well, Iberia is trying to convince Andorra to sign the Aybabtu Treaty of Absorbance Alliance but with no success...  :)

Belgium had allied with Great Britain but it's a side deal and not part of the Italian/Japanese grouping.  Not sure how well-known that was.

I kinda always figured Belgium was under UK protection but didn't realize it was formalized.
