-Economic investment is mostly in IC for Belgium.

-New naval construction is:

2 x harbour tug
2 x Belgian river gunboats
2 x Congo river gunboats
2 x Congo river transports
1 x protected cruiser
...and the survey ship laid down in the previous half-year is completed.

The new cruiser is a duplicate of the preceding class, so no new ship sims to come.
