10"/10 and 13.5"/15 guns?  The RN is looking at siege mortar barges?

Also, are twin deck mounts legal at this period?  The only mention I find in the rules are under the Light Cruiser Architecture rules, and there they're a 1910 tech and require hoists.  I can't think of any twin deck mounts in this period, though that doesn't mean they couldn't have been built if someone had wanted to do so.

Twin just deck mounts are legal (although I dont see the point).  Mount and hoist arnt yet.

Once bigger destroyers can be built, I can see the value (twin 4" bow mounting, in particular).  Other than rather limited cases, though, no, I can't see them as very necessary at this time period.

I havnt see technos research or progress.
We start in 1901 (?)

Is it possible to throw out reports that I can read rather than attaching spreadsheeds which my computer cannot read and therefore I cannot read?

I presume you cant open the .ods, odd. Here is a .xls version, don't have time to get a formatted one up for a while. I apologies for any formatting errors, converting does that sometimes.
