Available Countries

So, if a new potential player were to appear, what countries are available to be taken over?

Well we have the ABCs, we also have the potential for northern S. American countries forming a union. These sorts of nations would be weak though.

We also have the great china mess, however that would require alot of discussion among the mods... trust me it would be a mess.

We also seem to have Austria-Hungary and Turkey, though at least Turkey is being taken care of.

And no more activity for Austria or Ottomans either.
