Vile Cowerdly Contraptions... No nation of Honor would dream of building or using them.  Why its a Travisty what the world has come to... Naval Mines, Poison Gas, Under Watter ships *makes sure to keep his 2 experimental Minow class Subs submerged at all times*

I'm sure that there are nations around that are willing to help you to keep those subs of yours permanently submerged. ;D

The Empire denies vigerously having any such dasterdly equipment... (course how ya gona learn to combat the vile things if you dont have a few... I realy do hate submarines)
