I need a quick poll on how many players have layed down or are planing for H2 to lay down subs.

The UK has 6 A-class units working up in H2

I believe Japan has 3 or 4 subs working up in 1900HY2.  If not then they will be working up in early 1901.

If I am not mistaken, if you start building them in H2, then you'll need the sub upkeep rules for H1/1901 when they become operational, right?

I could USE the rules for H2, but with only 1 100 ton sub, I doubt it's going to have much effect on the US's expenditures.
