This topic is for any comments, concerns, questions, suggestions, ideas, or just general discussion of the South American nations and storyline.  I hope some of you might choose to engage in this area either OOC (if you want to write a story or whatever, just to run it by me, or if you have any ideas post here) or IC (if someone wants an ally/customer in the region).

I have an almost ready piece of story here about the Congolese observing some 35cm firing exercises. I suppose we could add some south American observers to it and maybe you could write a bit about from your point of view (I don't remember whom I offered ships with those guns though)?

German manufacturers offered ships with a 35cm to Chile.

I am always working on my building plan, futur SS, budget & drawing my ALL French ships.

Also, finish 1/700 HMS Repulse.

A few comments for South America are always possible.  :D

It may have been Chile.  Chile also has a contract for one 1895 siege battery from Germany, correct?  I think Brazil might have a similar contract...
