Argentina is looking for either old destroyers/torpedo boats up for sale or a small 250t torpedo boat design along with a large 500t destroyer design.  As of right now there are no other specifications other than they each must have at least 2 torpedo tubes with at least one reload apiece.

A reload torpedo on board?  Is that really wise on vessels this small?  With the newer 16' torpedoes, they weigh most of half a ton, so loading them by hand is no small project.

As far as sales go, the USN might be persuaded to part with it's 6 Stringham-class TBs.

Vickers is authorized, via the Royal Navy, to sell the modern Fantastic Class destroyers. Note that new construction would need to take place, as there are not yet enough units in service to allow for direct sales.
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

Argentina has agreed to purchase six of the old American Stringham-class torpedo boats.
