A pair of armored cruisers will be built similar to the German Prinz Heinrich. They are for service in the DEI.

the ACs are interesting if a bit slow for my tastes (happens when you have a 21knot battleline), if you dont mind to teribly much I might make em up in SS3 and post em here.

Well unfortunately can't spend alot of tonnage on speed yet. The SS reports are SS3, they were done a while back, just the pics are new.
