Well, its only fitting to announce the return of one of the sim's greatest (once) former members in such a manor.

With great gusto, I invite you to join me in welcoming back The Rock Doctor. He will be taking up the helm of Belgium. While small, Im sure he will make the country come alive and provide much engagement for those who happen to share borders with him.

Belgium, eh? I'm surprised, I'd have thought one of the ABC countries, Iberia, or perhaps the Indian revolutionaries before I'd have thought of Belgium.

For the moment, I'm just looking for something relatively small to dabble in - y'all gotta bear in mind I've got four countries in Wesworld and other writing interests to balance.
