I haven't had a chance to do construction yet, but everything else is done. Since this is the my first sim report I would appreciate it if someone could double check to make sure I haven't made any major mistakes.

I have to finish up construction numbers. I know I am late with things, just had a whole bunch of papers come due at once last week. No more papers until next year so I will really be able to get things going with Navalism.

I am finalizing some trade agreements, but I figure I can at least give a general overview of construction right now. Currently four Borodino class battleships and one Admiral Nakhimov class armored cruiser are planned for 1900 H1. The remaining IP is likely to be spend on the new scout cruisers and destroyers.

Does this include the 2 ACs you'd like to build at Union Steel and Iron in San Francisco?  Or are they in addition to what you list above?

Looks OK from here: the -13 in the BP expenditure column for the purchased US BP looks weird but it is correct.

Where do "economic development" funds go? Do they actually do anything or is it best to roll it over to the next turn to make specific economic purchases?

thats IC/BP purchased (atleast thats how I originaly set up the spread sheat) basicly you keep track till you have either a full IC purchased, or a Half BP, then you can add said item to your totals for wherever you bought it for.
