Question on the fortified lines. Do the lines already come with the manpower included? Because I want to build a series of lines, but my population cannot support such an amount of manpower. Can I just build the lines, and then move my current Corps into them when need be?

Honestly your National population could support a fairly substantial military DF, you just have to do like the UK and Italia are doing and have large numbers of "Colonial" troops.  as to the lines question, thats a good onr I always assumed that they didnt come with troops (since forts are designated both with and without) but ill get with the other mods and make sure we are all on the same page.

i thought they came with troops because there is a little blurb about what troops who have been forced out of their fortifications look like (i.e. only the lightest artillery and generally not very mobile)

Desertfox

I'm not going to be deploying colonial troops at home! Just I can only support 280,000 troops at home and already have 210,000. Want to add 8 Corps worth of fortified lines, but can't if they come with troops already.

Did the rules just get changed so you can't build multiple IC's at once?

It didn't get changed. Just clarified.

The price for BP and IC are iterative functions. Every price only applies to single IC/BP. The one before is cheaper and the one after that costs more.
I was impressed by your creativity to find loopholes though - even if they are none to people from the math & computer science view

Yep, just a wee bit of clarifications

*grumble, grumble* creativity should not be punished with more rules...

Well, when the interpretations are different clarification is necessary.

*glances into the thread* "oh still talking about this are we... Creativity isnt punished, intentional or acidental violations of the spirit of existing rules however results in aditional rules for everyone" *ducks back out of the thread*
but I too liked the creativity involved with it

Well can't complain I am after all directly responsible for half of the rules...

The rules would be a lot simpler if you were not around. Your presence makes things so much more complicated. ;D
