Normaly, no problemo for France.
I have just to finish Army & Forteresses dispositions & made minors adjustements on other boards.

French $ & BP are finish & locked.

That's because no ships of that class have been built yet, and I haven't totally settled on which version I'll build when I get to it.  That's why there's no "USS Duluth" entry in the encyclopedia.
