I'm offering some of Germany's startup production. The reason is that I have have run out of cash, while I haven't even build my torpedo boats or destroyers.
So, if need a bit more BP and have some cash left you can make me an offer. (request for packages of 5 BP would be best)

I would prefer to gives this to allied or friendly nations, but everyone has a chance.
Since we're already past the start date, I'm only going to accept offers in the next 18 hours.

Italia has 200 bucks left over, so if your looking to sell I will take it as much as you want to part with.  just tell me how much and how much it will cost me.

I have $500 in cash, I'll take all I can.

*grumbles about losing start up cash*

How much BP do you have? How much cash do you want?

Looking at my draft startup I have a lot left over.  What is the asking price for a type I and II floating dry dock?  (list price Type I $6/6BP & Type II $9/9BP: total 15 BP)

Erm well, the more cash is offered, the less BP are available...

Originally, I was thinking about selling 50, in order to get the money to use the other 50 so I can build some small crafts.

I'll buy it all, you want $1.5 per BP? Plus I'll use it to build maritime defenses to keep the British from invading you from the back ;)

Effectively, that's what happened to me too.  I bought a bunch of BP-cheap things like slips & docks to use up my funds, I ended up with $ 0.002 and 0.002 BP remaining.

Like DF I have crazy amounts of Cash.  I am just not going to do something nuts like spend $30 per BP.  So how about this. Profit of $3 per BP (which is still too much IMHO but whatever) $45 for 15 BP to get the two floating dry docks, I 'spend' the other $15 of my budget.    $45 should provide you with a lot of light craft.

You know what most annoying?

I spent a lot of time today saving $ (I was a couple hundred negative), while auctioning the remaining BPs would have immediately solved my problems *facepalm*

Why I ended up negative?
Well you see, I had the crazy idea that very colony should have at least one harbor. And I have about 30 now. And harbors without docks for emergency repairs... no can't do that. - You see were this is going? ;)

Well I tried spamming Type 0 Drydocks to spend all that cash, but now I'm out of BP's and still have more than a third of my cash.

we all ran out of BP before cash DF, its a function of no upkeap and no Civilian spending during our startup spending period.  the Great powers USA, UK, Ger, and France hypotheticly should have leftover BP post startup, but we will just have to wait and see.

Right now, the US is looking at having around 30 BP available for H1, 1900, but that's not settled for sure.

That is likley on the high end of normal, we set the economies up so that big powers would have more BP than cash while smaller powers (aka us mid level guys) would have more cash than BP.  the only one that is realy balanced is Italia... and thats only one turn in 4.

Yeah but the little guys are screwed as we cant keep any of the startup cash, and there is no way we can spend it either.
