Yeah but the little guys are screwed as we cant keep any of the startup cash, and there is no way we can spend it either.

The US would have had cash left, if I hadn't bought a bunch of Type 0 and Type 1 slips and docks, and I was trying to keep my fleet along the lines of OTL.

Italia ended up with almost $500.00 left over (it was more till I blew a wad on maxing out my number of slips and docks using type 0s).  Honestly if anyone has BP left over let me know as I could seriously use 2 more 13.5K BBs and 10 more cruisers...

Well ran the numbers and I am especially screwed as the Netherlands has the worse Cash to BP ratio at 10:1. The only ones even close are Iberia at 9.5:1 and Russia at 8.4:1. UK has the lowest at 3.9:1. This is especially bad at startup since there are no upkeep costs so smaller nations get screwed over as the larger powers can build to their max, while the smaller ones get tons of leftover cash that cant be saved. All the nations under the top 4 should be allowed to keep leftover $ if they maxed out their BPs.

If the offer's still open I have $393.17 left to spend on BP. As Tan said, if anyone else has BP left over - let us know - I would prefer to have a dozen or more destroyers than I currently have.

Such is Life... as I have pointed out to you repeatedly EVEN THE UK HAS CASH LEFT.  Do you think im any less "screwed over" than you are? $500.00 cash leftover is the same for me as it is for you... Literaly exactly the same (ok so I have $2.40 more than you thats literaly nothing), accept I have more BP, there is a point to this once the sim starts.  It will force the Major powers to sell BP to have enough cash to actualy use their remaining BP.  The UKs 3.9:1 is the worst ratio however all the "great powers" are short on cash.  Just for kicks I did everyones ratio it follows

NationCashBPRatio
UK315813.89
Ger299.25684.40
USA283.5654.36
France275.625604.59

Japan150226.82
AH128187.11
Spain12813.59.48
Netherlands1401410.00

Originaly I proposed 24 Bp for Italia which would have blured the line a bit more for where Italia fit but it is what it is.

I have 754 cash left but I haven't gone and done any research yet. How much you looking to sell BP for?

Tanthalas

I dont think he is anymore, he found a rather serious error in his plans that is likley to eat most of it.

Due to some optimizations (and corrections) the offer became much smaller than I thought. Therefor I have decided on 3 of you who get e.g. 1 additional ship (those have been informed), to all others: sorry but there's just no point in giving everyone only a single BP or so.
