January 5, 1905

The Kingdom of Rohan announces is displeasure with the idea that Agrival Mars escaped from the Azores without being apprehended. Just seems to be the luck of Justice in these times. "The Mark will not just let this criminal go, for he has slipped out our grasp far too often these last few years."

January 8, 1905

Work on the Brandenburg cruiser once known as "Ersatz Fürst Bismarck" has been stalled due to a lack of able bodied workman. Work on Walda, Battleship of the Mark has also suffered in South Mithlond. A outbreak of influenza has been blamed on this work shortage.

January 9, 1905

Arcadia, Battleship of the Mark set sail for Austria today to perform one duty of diplomacy for the Kaiser of the Hapsburgs. A run to Taiwan to pay a debt made in blood in the final days to the Asian War. Rohan hopes this act might help settle some of the debts of the Hapsburgs in the Pacific. Lord Harlock was interested in taking a tour of the countryside his family came from four hundred year ago.

January 10, 1905

The Queen Emeraldas has left Brithomber for another private run. It is expected that she is returning to France again after not running that route for many a few years.

January 14, 1905

Calmacil and Romidacil returned from their Brazilian duty today. Armored Cruiser Denethor has been sent to patrol between the two ports in question with the Battleship Brytta.

January 18, 1905

The ex-Confederate cruisers purchased last year have been renamed by the Marshals of the Mark. The protected cruiser will be named after several of our local allies within Rohan, while the armored cruisers will be named after lost lands from the First Age of the Sun. The protected cruisers are expected to leave drydocks throughout February and March. The armored cruiser aren't expected to be completed until September.

January 29, 1905

Destroyers of the Mark, Blue Hand, Hallow Field, Nia Rampage, Gallant Runner, and War Dawn, were launched in the last few days around New Beleriand to increase the Mark's light forces considerably.

February 4, 1905

The Marshals of the Mark have announced a war games for this month involving the Fleet of the Eastern Seas. with Arcadia away, the "Rohirrim Forces" will be lead by Shadowfax, Battleship of the Mark. Calmacil and Romidacil will fill out the "Rohirrim" part of the wargames. Theoden and Goldwine will lead the "Foreign Power" force with the belted cruisers Nevrast and Minas Harthad filling out that force. The games are suppose to test modern Rohirrim Fleet Units verses older units as enemy units.

February 10, 1905

Arcadia has spent a week in Austrian waters as Lord Harlock and his crew go over the Hapsburgs find. Any artifacts will be taken from the shipment and returned to Rohan while the payment will continue on the Taiwan. In exchange the Mark has compensted the Hapsburg glass making industry.

February 20, 1905

The Fleet of the Mark left Brithomber today to conduct Wargames.

February 26, 1905

The Fleet of the Mark reportedly arrived at its desination and will conduct Wargames today 25 miles outside the territorial waters east of the Bahamas.
