Range is very high, armament is a bit scattershot (don't know that 4 15cm guns in casemates are worth it), armor is weak, speed is marginal (not fast enough to catch a lot of smaller cruisers, and she's not armed or armored to deal with bigger ships).  Might be worth replacing the 21cm and 15cm guns with several 17cm guns and upping the speed if possible, so at least it can run down and kill enemy cruisers raiding the long Dutch commerce lanes.

It is based on the historical German Victoria Louise class: http://www.german-navy.de/hochseeflotte/ships/armoredcruiser/victorialouise/tech.html

Yeah its not perfect, but newer better ships will be coming soon.

Its a raider IMHO and thats about it.  I would cut the range down ALOT, 28% of the deep load is coal.  6,000 nm would do it, and fit another pair of 15 cm or four 105 with as much more speed as possible.  Does anyone in the game have a PC that is 20 knots?

All of my cruisers are at least 20 knots, the St. Paul's and the Montgomery's are both 21 knots.

every Single ship of the RM is atleast 20 Knots.

I have PCs that are 18 kts - but they have similar/slightly heavier armament than these and are smaller. My other cruisers are all faster than 20 kts.

Nobody

My Victoria Louise is almost entirely different. More than 900 tons bigger, only 19.5 kn, 3000 miles less range, 4 more 15 cm guns...
