Just make sure it is Zeroed for now.
Good call on that... I'm retaining mine for now just because i don't feel like having to do it over in the future.

And I had a question about railroads... are we allowed to build strategic railroads and speed up troop movements and/or mobilization to certain frontiers?  We can probably safely assume that all European cities are connected by commercial rail lines, but count them as singe-tracked lines and add the possibility of building double- or triple-tracked lines?

Or planning on ignoring railroads alltogether?

And now the time has passed. Startup reports are now past due.

Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

Can I sell startup production for startup money?

I meant more along the lines of for after start-up...

Tanthalas

uhm, I think you could sell part of your pre startup production for pre (or technicly post startup) money, just remember we are loosing whatever we dont spend pre startup.

Is there a set format for budgets?  Otherwise I am going to just recycle my N3 budget format.  Second where do we post the turn ZERO budget?

Any chance of having NPC shipyards in game after the game starts? It looks like we are going to have a lot more money than BP, and having some NPC yards around should make it easier for the import nations to acquire warships from foreign yards. I brought up the idea earlier and it was decided we would discuss it later on.

Might be simpler to just put your project up for bid from the big boys: if you're friends with one of them they might give you a good deal, or if someone has a need for some money, etc.

Tanthalas

this was the intention of the big 4 having so much BP, post start up all 4 should have more BP available than cash to spend on it.

I just found a couple of mistakes on the spreadsheet. Both the Ports and Citadel 18 BP costs are wrong.

Who knew being a mod took so much book keaping... (Seriously im the story guy I hate numbers and rules were made to be flexed as far as you can get away with)
