For instance: Rochefort you have listed as a Type 4 port, but with only 40,000 tons capacity.  Port Gentil is listed as a Type 3, but again with only 40,000 tons capacity.  Noumea is listed as a Type 1 port, but with a 125,000 ton capacity.  Etc, etc.  Need to look at this again.....
