On the AC3: you'll probably want to increase the height of the main belt, right now (if your upper belt reaches to the main deck), you only have 1 meter of coverage below the waterline.  The AC4 has even worse below-water coverage, only .7n

AC3 & AC4 still have inadequate below-water protection from shells, you probably want AT LEAST 1.5m of the main belt submerged.

BB-4 the 12" guns need to be L40s instead of L45s.  Shell weight can stay the same though (atleast I would think it could), other than that they look good IMHO

At this period, French had the techno to build big guns L45

I realise that they did OTL jef, but in the sim Noone can build a 12/45 untill 1902 at the earliest, per the gun tech chart found here. Actualy thats somthing we need to talk about in GM land as gun tech isnt on the research page aparently...

well, no nation can have them until they get the 1902 tech, which would be at the earlyest in 1904 and then they would have to develop the gun which would take another year. So we really wont see 12"/45 until 1905 at the earlyest, with 1906 being more common.

In any case, these ships will need to have L40s

Ok Guys

I have reSS BBs & ACs with 12" & 274 - All with 40 cal
I have adjusted height of belts & speeds to maintain displacements & have no modifs to made in the report.
