Mmmm.  I'd suggest more secondaries/tertiaries, 4 tubes (of each size) per side is going to be kind of sparse.  Also, is there any advantage to using the single turrets over twin turrets on the centerline ends?  Other than redundancy, of course, .

Jefgte

D'Entrecasteau turrets are single turrets-T1x240/40cal-183kg
Wait 1903 to have the better T2x240/50cal-220kg

Logical progression

1898-AC2:7500t-8x194-B120
1900-AC3:10000t-6x240-B150

Secondary & tertiary are limited by class displacement.

Im not to sold on this design. Her Belt is vertically short, even more so the my own Black Prince class. She is a bit slow IMO at 21knts, adequate for chasing down older ACs, but not capable vs newer ship. It also does not give them much on Tan's battleships. I agree with KWorld's comments on the secondaries, to few guns (admittedly I took a Fischerite approach and went for overwhelming amounts of 4", 24 in total). A note on the misc weight for the torps, it should be below the waterline if the torps are located there.

Ah, now that's more like it.....

I'd probably trade the 100mm battery for more 140mm & 65mm, myself.  At least settle on either the 100mm or the 65mm, having 5 bore sizes is probably excessive.

Main belt should be extended, you've got the "Main belt does not fully cover magazines and engineering spaces" warning.

Jefgte

Im not sure that rules allow 274mm guns on an AC...

If the Japanese Tsukuba design is legal (and I haven't seen anyone say it isn't), then this is.  I didn't see anything in THIS sim's set of rules that says it wouldn't be.
