A few class of ships, specialy TBs & ATs are too far of the specifications of La Jeune Ecole".
I start to reSS them - same displacement, same year

Hulls of the TBs are realy too tall in comparison of the TBs class of that period.

The exercices of the fleet, specialy between Bizerte & Toulon made every year since 1891 are very difficult for the small TBs - 38m  & other 150t.
Only ATs could do the job vs the BBs & cruisers. So, Admiralty increase the sizes of the TBs to do the job.
