OK, so when do we need to have fleets/armies/defenses/etc planned and posted?  Ie, when are we going to get the ball rolling?

Of course, to go with that, we'll need a final map of who's where to start with......

Our targate date is the 16th, as both Carth and I have long weekends right around then. Fleets will be capped at 500000 tons, as has been said for a long time, so you should be able to have your fleet done soon. (Mine has been very close for about a month). Most everything else will have hard caps that should make it very easy to plug in what you want. Going to try and have the final of the rules out this weekend so all the nity details will be clear. Carth has been working on the map, so he will need to provide the ETA on that.

Would it be possible for that to be pushed back a few days? That is my finals week and I am not as fast with SpringSharp as the rest of you guys.

While we would like to keep that date as a targate, Finals are a royal PITA so we can work something out for that case.

IMO, we are going to really start the game in sept.
We mus before work on our respective country topics;
Navy, Army, Governement, history, economy, complete the map with much names... 
Imagine the start of the game, diplomatic, conquests...
