Why does the boat have so much fuel when it has only average speed and poor accommodations? My 500 ton torpedo boats have better accommodation space than this long range patrol boat and aren't meant to go out to sea for longer than a day.

Ok, the 140ft hull is not a good idea.

BBs, ACs & CLs are not all, I need Escort & Explorator ships.

Do you?  At this time period, you don't have any colonies, so you don't need units to defend colonial traffic and you especially don't need any gunboats to overawe uppity natives.  If there's a war on and your merchants are regarded as prey by one side or another, I'm not sure escorting them with specialized escorts is actually advantageous over escorting them with a cruiser or two (since we don't have submarines to worry about, the real reason for specialized escort vessels).  On explorers, we already have the map, so we've apparently done the exploring, populations haven't been high enough that we needed to expand off our home continents (and before we had room to do so, now, at least on our continent, there's not a lot of space along the southern coast).

Hmmm.  On the ACs, how are you getting 25 knots out of a 15000 ton hull, using reciprocating engines?  If I try something like that, I get "Warning, too much power for recriprocating engines".  It doesn't stop the program, but it complains mightily and shows up in the report as well.

Note that the SS was calculate 28th may. It need to be recalculate with the shipyards works time.
In my last plan, AC3 is LD 1907 & the speed down to 25kts.

Actualy, I rework the Coastal GunBoat (CGB) & the SquadronGunBoat (SGB) They didnt give satisfaction in their performances.
CGB (365t-420t) are recalculate with coastal range & harbors protection.
Some SGB are going to move to the Light Cruisers category (3100-3200t).

Yeah, I saw it, but if I try to duplicate it, I get the errors I mentioned..  Anything over 40000 hp, SS3 complains if you have a reciprocating engine
