Ok so a little bigger than a gunboat. But same purpose. Space for 150 troops and a 4 gun battery. Part of the misc weight if for a pair of heavy mortars since you can't sim them in SS2.

Honestly, the Sacromento Valley/South Oregan/regions of Wyoming ought to provide MORE than enough wheat/whatever for your nation.
