Boy, I hope these ships don't leave the harbor.
They won't float very well on the ocean floor.

Korpen, while I agree that a river monitor might be able to get away with lousy seakeeping, I have to say that this ship takes that kind of thing to an unhealthy extreme. Your ship will be completely swamped in any kind of seas, and will not be able to survive the kind of weather which all too often plague the area.
Well, historically that did survive surprisingly well, none of the four ships did sink, and one survived a trip to Stavanger in quite bad weather.

But looking at the drawing (really nice that the Swedish maritime museum has stuff like that on the net) I think that it is a casemate and not a turret, so a redesign might be in order.

It's looking like a fixed mount forward- that it is... more like a fully-armored flat-iron gunboat.
Several of the U.S.N. monitors might have successfully sailed somewhere other than in coastal and riverine environments- but remember that several were lost due to swamping, including the original.

I think that my above suggestion might have something to do with it- the ship might not be a 'cheesebox on a raft,' it might have a somewhat more seaworthy hull design.

But you still wouldn't see me sail her out past Dauphin Island on a calm day. ;)
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

   Ship has quick, lively roll, not a steady gun platform
   Caution: Lacks seaworthiness - very limited seakeeping ability

The design notes of the real ship mention that high Metacentric height being sought to ensure survival in bad weather.
That said, even storm conditions in the Baltic do not create waves much higher then you will find on an average day in the bay of Biscay.
Also, there is very little need for them to be outside the costal archipelagos in that sort of weather.

Edit: Forgot that she should have two shafts for increased manoeuvrability.

Well, I guess I need a flagship, and something like this might be more economical way to carry four heavy guns then building four Tordensköld. Some of the misc weight is allocated to the ram.
Otherwise she is a fairly typical central citadel ship.
