dont bother using it, we wont be for N4 (I personaly would love to since I understand it fairly well) it allows you to do so many more things however it has some interesting flaws (like you can mount turrets below deck level) and the general agreement was better the demon we know than the one we dont (which I do agree with).

Really? It's a bit sad and probably a missed opportunity, although I can understand it.

And whats wrong with that? Meaning we once had a ship here (Russian I think) which had exactly that. And we even had an OTL photo of it (or rather of the ship it was based on.

If someone could explain all the features on it, I would. It has a lot of features that Springsharp 2 doesn't.
Which one for example? Anyway just ask, someone will help you.

Nobody by abusing SS3 (which at one point I was very adept at) I can build literaly imposssible ships, Imagine building Bismark on Dreadnaughts tonage (ok so it wasnt quite that bad but I did manage to build a 10X14" BB on like 15K tons and yes it was fully armored and it could hit somthing like 24 knots)

SS3... SS3... SS3... SS3!
We need the versatility!

The ability to specify gun calibers, add double-decker casemates, and double-elevated barbettes is just too nice.
Also, the way that you can place miscellaneous weights at specific parts of the hull makes adding in weights for 'special equipment' more precise.

We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

I'm gonna agree with Carth on this one. As to 'cheats' that is what the "New Ship Design" board is for, so we can vet out the "WTF?" ships, and as a last resort there is Mod Overrule.
